Shipping and delivery

All prices in the shop include 25% danish VAT but exclude shipping costs. We reserve the right to change the prices of products.

Shipping Time

We aim to send the ordered articles as soon as we have received your payment. Sometimes there may be a delay (e.g. due to holiday seasons). Articles are usually shipped within 4-15 days after the order is paid. As soon as your package has been mailed, you will receive an automatic email. If we cannot send your order to you within 15 days, we will contact you and you may cancel your order or make changes to it if you will, before sending. We ship only paid orders.

Delivery Time

We send all the packages through Danish postal service, Post Danmark. Delivery time may vary for non-EU countries. Delivery times are estimated as:

• Nordic countries: 3-8 business days
• Rest of Europe: 5-12 business days
• (Shipping day not included)

Shipping Costs

Cost for shipping is not included in the price of the articles and will be made visible upon checkout as a total checkout amount. Shipping cost is set to €12 per order.

Payment options

All payments will be withdrawn from your account upon time of shipping of your order. Credit card payments are carried out on the secure ePay payment system. Your credit card information will not be visible to us. Please do not write your credit card information on our feedback forms or include it in emails to our Customer Service.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive faulty or wrong item, it is possible to return and exchange it for another article or have your money back. When returning articles, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order. If you do not contact us within that time, we reserve the right not to accept returned articles.

• Always contact us via email before returning an article.
• It will take up to 30 days to get you money back, if you choose that option.

Please return the article(s) together with your return form within 14 days following receipt, in perfect state, post-paid (packages without postage will not be accepted)

On the Return form please state:

• Date of receipt
• Reason for returning the article
• If you would prefer another article or your money back
• The necessary account information to transfer back the paid amount (money will be transferred back within 2 weeks)

Returned articles will not be accepted if:

• Articles has been damaged
• You have tried to repair a defect yourself
• Article is not complete

We will compensate the postage to you if the reason for returning is faulty or wrong article and returned articles are acceptable as stated before. Otherwise, you will pay the postage for both returned items and the postage for the new delivery.

Ordering

When you first place an order at our webshop, you are prompted to fill in your personal information. This data is not stored in any relation to the website and is only visible on the order confirmation, transmitted through ePay payment Services.

Your personal data

All personal data that you give us will only be used for processing your orders. We will never pass on any information to third parties. This information can only be seen by either us or you.

How do I know you received my order?

Once you have placed an order, a confirmation-screen will be displayed. Furthermore, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing all the information pertaining to the order. Always check carefully that your order is correct. If there are any problems with it, contact us so that we can correct any mistakes.

What if a product is out of stock?

We always try to have everything in stock, but if an article is sold out before we process your order and we cannot restock it within 14 days, we will contact you.
